Longer engagements usually start off with a high degree of hands-on, active involvement and then gradually move into a stage of lower involvement of perhaps only a few hours per month.
On the projects with multiple consultants, these consultants can either work in tandem or consecutively, depending on the issues at hand and the expertise and resources required to develop and implement solutions.
However, we are flexible and always open to discuss other compensation structures, such as Pay for Performance and Equity options.
Face-to-face meetings are preferred, but not always feasible or cost effective. By using online team collaboration tools, conference calling, and web conferencing we can work with clients anywhere in the US.
