Since 2001 Jan Griffioen has been advising small and mid-size B-to-B firms on finding new opportunities for growth and developing comprehensive action plans to achieve their goals.
He thrives at working closely with management teams in identifying the key issues and creating practical solutions to business challenges. A fact-based, data-driven, strategic approach is at the core of everything Jan does, guiding companies to become more proactive, take charge of their future, and make well-informed business decisions.
With a strategic and analytical mindset, Jan Griffioen never loses sight of the goal of achieving real results. No ‘paralysis by analysis’, but a clear balance between the need for quickly improving cash flow and longer-term strategic decisions to improve a firm’s performance.
Prior to embarking on a consulting career, he held positions in management, business development, and engineering in industries such as consumer electronics, automotive R&D, engineering services, CAE software, IT, and with an automotive Tier 1 supplier.
Jan’s education includes an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as well as engineering degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, and the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
