Prior to embarking on a consulting career, he held positions in management, business development, and engineering in industries such as consumer electronics, automotive R&D, engineering services, CAE software, IT, and with an automotive Tier 1 supplier.
Jan holds an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and an advanced degree in engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
