Since 2001 I have focused on supporting small and mid-size B-to-B firms find new opportunities for revenue growth and develop sound action plans to achieve their goals.
Working closely with management teams in identifying the key issues and creating practical solutions to business challenges is something I enjoy thoroughly. A fact-based, data-driven, strategic approach is the core of everything I do, guiding companies to become more proactive, take charge of their future, and make smart business decisions.
Although strategic and analytical in nature, I never lose sight of the goal of achieving real results. No ‘paralysis by analysis’, but balancing the need for short-term cash flow with strategic decisions to improve the business.
Prior to embarking on a consulting career, I held positions in management, business development, and engineering in industries such as engineering services, Tier 1 automotive, IT and software development, automotive safety research, and consumer electronics.
My formal education includes an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as well as Mechanical Engineering degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, and the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
I am a member of the Detroit chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
